  • While a doctor may recommend an assessment, a referral is not required.

  • At this time, we focus on assessments only. However, we can recommend other service providers within the area who would meet your treatment needs.

  • Assessments are not covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan). However, they may be covered by extended health/benefits insurance plans. Please get in touch with your insurance provider for more information on coverage.

  • Our fees are consistent with the Ontario Psychological Association’s fee guidelines. Assessment fees may vary depending on the referral question. Please get in touch with us for more details.

Assessment fees are typically broken down by a set number of sessions. After each session, you will receive an invoice from the clinician providing the service. Invoices are expected to be paid immediately by the client. Cash and e-transfers are the available payment methods, with e-transfers being the most common method. Please note that we do not bill directly to insurance companies. Upon payment, you will receive a receipt, which you may then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
